At Honiik.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
  • Product must not have any physical damage caused by the user

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Products purchased during special sale or clearance events

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@honiik.com with your order number
  • Mention the reason for return and attach photos if the product is damaged
  • Our team will respond within 24-48 hours and arrange a free pickup
  • Once pickup is confirmed, keep the product ready in original packaging

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 2 business days
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost within 7 days of delivery. Simply email us with photos of the issue and we will arrange an exchange immediately.


6. Warranty Policy

All Honiik products come with:

  • 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Warranty covers: hardware malfunctions, battery defects, charging issues
  • Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs
