  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
  • Discounts and offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined

5. Orders and Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation email
  • We accept the following payment methods: UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (where available)
  • In case of payment failure, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious
  • For any payment-related issues, please contact us at support@honiik.com within 24 hours of placing the order

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location
  • Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 499
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@honiik.com
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • If you refuse delivery, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund
  • Prepaid orders that are cancelled before shipping will be refunded within 5-7 business days

8. Return and Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy on all products from the date of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected

9. Warranty Policy

  • All Honiik products come with 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and battery defects
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
  • To claim warranty, email warranty@honiik.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  • Warranty claims are processed within 7-10 business days

  • All content on Honiik.com including logos, images, product descriptions, and design is the intellectual property of Honiik.com
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission
